DueDil and Artesian Merge

Merger backed by Volution, Notion, Augmentum and Octopus Ventures

We are delighted to announce that Volution portfolio company DueDil has merged with Artesian Solutions.

Over the last decade, Artesian and DueDil have set the pace of innovation in the UK’s company intelligence space and in recent years, have become major players in the rapidly evolving B2B FinTech/RegTech market; Artesian solving many of the complex challenges impacting the frontlines of banks and insurers, and DueDil helping FSI businesses meet the regulatory and compliance needs of the middle and back office.

DueDil and Artesan Solutions have complementary capabilities. Artesian Solutions offers mobile tools, CRM connectors, business events, a rules engine and web applications. Conversely, DueDil has focused on a set of APIs and relationship data.

CEO Andrew Yates will head the merged company with Justin Fitzpatrick assuming the role of COO. The broader leadership team contains individuals from both companies.
