ESG & Sustainability Report 2025

The report shares our progress at Volution and across our portfolio, with companies performing ahead of benchmarks.

We're delighted to share that we have released Volution's third annual ESG & Sustainability Report, outlining progress against our commitments and the results of the annual ESG survey completed by portfolio companies. 

Key highlights from the 2025 report include 

• Portfolio companies performing ahead of industry benchmarks 

• A refined focus on material ESG themes most relevant to growth-stage FinTech, SaaS and AI businesses 

• Updates to Volution’s Carbon Carry Scheme 

• Continued ESG initiatives at firm level and active participation in industry groups including Venture ESG, ESG_VC, Innovate Finance and the BVCA 

The report also features data and insights from across the portfolio, with 86% of companies contributing to the annual ESG survey.
