Volution welcomes Ownera to the portfolio
Volution has invested in Ownera, building the connectivity layer for institutional tokenised assets

Ownera, a London-based financial infrastructure company, has closed a funding round with Volution participating as lead investor, alongside our co-GP, SBI Investment.
Ownera is building the interoperability layer for institutional tokenised assets. Its Ownera Router gives banks and financial institutions a single connection to move assets across different blockchains and counterparties, replacing the slow and expensive bilateral integrations that have held back the tokenisation market.
The conditions for that market have shifted decisively. Regulatory approvals across the US, EU and UK in late 2025 and early 2026 removed the principal barriers to institutional deployment, and the largest banks and market infrastructure providers have moved from pilots to live production. The interoperability standard for this new landscape is being set now, and the institutions that define it are already choosing sides.
The company has earned a remarkable set of early endorsements, with several of the world's largest financial institutions and market infrastructure providers in live production or advanced discussions. The founding team, led by CEO Ami Ben-David and COO Natasha Benson, brings deep institutional experience: Ben-David co-founded Securitize, and Benson spent fifteen years at Goldman Sachs.
James Codling, Managing Partner of Volution, commented: "The tokenisation of financial markets is happening now, and the institutions driving it need a common connectivity standard. Ownera is the most credible candidate to provide it, and Ami, Natasha and Yuval have already won the trust of the two largest investment banks in the world. We are delighted to welcome them to the Volution portfolio."
