I’ve never been one to follow a conventional path. I thrive on tackling challenges head-on, seeking out opportunities where others see obstacles and making decisions that prioritise progress over predictability.

I began my career in mechanical engineering at Rolls-Royce before transitioning to UBS Investment Bank in London, and later to Redline Capital in 2014 as a Venture Investor. Working in a small, dynamic team gave me exposure to the full investment lifecycle and the opportunity to make a real impact.

My early investment approach was highly analytical, rooted in rigorous problem-solving. Over time, I learned that the success of a business ultimately depends on the people behind it. Passion, resilience and creativity are what set exceptional founders apart. As investors, our role is to help them flourish.
